Polo appreciates the "family vibe" of Legends Volleyball Club. " Players, Parents and Coaches are all working toward the same goal: growth both as a player on the court and as a person off the court. I get to see these players grow into accomplished young men and women and really embrace their personalities, its awesome and easily the most rewarding part of the job".

Polo is most known for his "dailies" conditioning and "story time" huddles.
